Poor communication skills and poor self-confidence

According to my 30+ years of professional experience, some business people, entrepreneurs, researchers, etc, are aware that they have a problem when dealing with oral presentations. This also applies for communications to one person or 100 people.

Examples such as presenting in public, or make a private presentation to customers, shareholders, etc, may became a great problem for some managers or employees.

The same happens to scientific or researchers when handle a presentation at jury members looking for a grant (e.g at the European Commission). I -as a business coach at the European Commision- know this very well.

It is NOT either a consultancy or a mentoring service. In the coaching approach, the coachee is at the frontline of achieving self-awareness and gain momentum to improve personal soft skills with the help of the coach. It could be said as “You`ll never walk alone” but you’ll be the main actor/actress of your process. Of course, Coaching is not training/education either.
